2. Registration and Admission
All interested students must complete a formal enrollment process. This process may include: registration form, valid identity documents, verification of prerequisites, and written acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Payment Policy
To ensure proper planning and operation of the courses, JBLH stipulates that the total cost must be paid before the start of the course. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, Zelle, and transfer. Certificates will not be issued if there are pending payments.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
If the student cancels with at least 48 hours notice, they may request credit for another course. Late cancellations do not generate a refund. If JBLH cancels a course, a refund or rescheduling will be offered at no cost.
5. Online Courses and Web Platform Access
Students will receive access to the educational platform at www.jblhinstruction.com. There they will find modules, materials, recorded or live classes, exams, and support. Access is personal and non-transferable and requires a stable internet connection.
6. Attendance and Certification
Full attendance and fulfillment of all academic requirements are required to obtain a certificate. For online courses, all modules must be completed within the established timeframe. The certificate will be digital or physical.
7. Code of Conduct
Ethical conduct is expected. Disrespect, harassment, academic fraud, or misuse of material will not be tolerated. JBLH may suspend a student without a refund for serious offenses.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All material is the property of JBLH or its partners. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, or commercialize the content without written authorization.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
JBLH will protect student information and use it only for academic and administrative purposes, in accordance with current privacy laws.
10. Accessibility

Internal Policies
